Sr. Investmnt Associate (NY, NY) Conduct complx macroecon, demogrphc, geo, industry, real estate (RE) sector analysis w/ focus on emerging mkt trnds & sovereign wealth fnd strats. Prfrm asset perfmc mntrng. Reqs: Bach RE, fin, econ, computnl fin, or sim field + 2 yrs RE invest exp in fin svcs industry, PE, sovereign wealth fnds, fam fnds, or RE dev disciplines. Prof Excel - adv VBA, dyn arrays, macros, pivot tbls, fin modeling; Tableau, - devlp custom invest DBs integrated data sources; exp w/ Argus Enterprise; institutional invstrs & HNW fam offices.
