Description Position at Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC Position Details Located at: Outdoor Greatroom Company in Lakeville, MN Starting at: $18.00-$22.00 per hour (based on experience) Shift Details: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Core Hours) Monday - Friday OT as needed- extended shift Full Time / Direct Hire Benefits Starting Your 1st Day Paid Time Off: 128 hours pro-rated based on start date 8 Paid Holidays based on start date Work today, get paid today with access to your earnings each day 401k with 6% company match Health Care including medical, dental and vision Additional Benefits based on Eligibility Quarterly Cash Profit Sharing - after 1 year of service Tuition Reimbursement - after 6 months of service Paid Parental Leave - after 1 year of service $10,000 Adoption / Surrogacy Reimbursement - after 1 year of service Job Duties Preparing and shipping fire tables, burners and fireplace products Pick & Pulling orders Shipping small parcel packages using FedEx Preparing ship lists and preparing returned products back into inventory Palletizing products Loading and unloading freight Utilizing material handling equipment, forklifts, scanners, and shrink wrap machines Job Requirements Forklift experience with both stand up and sit down styles Lift up to 50lbs.
