HealthPartners Riverway Anoka Clinic is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team. As a Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires a current unrestricted medical license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Experience preferred. We hope you'll join us. WORK SCHEDULE: Extended Care Model: The schedule is 5 days on and 9 days off model. Biweekly Schedule: Week 1: Monday: OFF Tuesday: OFF Wednesday: OFF Thursday: 9:00am - 8:00pm Friday: 9:00am - 8:00pm Saturday: 8:00am - 5:00pm Sunday: 8:00am - 5:00pm Week 2: Monday: 9:00am - 8:00pm Tuesday: OFF Wednesday: OFF Thursday: OFF Friday: OFF Saturday: OFF Sunday: OFF BENEFITS: HealthPartners benefit offerings (for 0.50 FTE or greater) include medical insurance, dental insurance, 401k with company contribution and match, paid time off, life insurance, AD&D insurance, disability insurance, malpractice insurance for work done on behalf of HealthPartners as well as a CEU reimbursement account.
