Description Markon is seeking a Systems Engineer Level 2 to serve as a Capabilities Development Lead in support of the Fort Meade Customer. This role supports full lifecycle software development and systems engineering efforts, working closely with customer leadership, capability thread leads, and leadership to assess analytic health, development status, and delivery readiness. This position will coordinate across multiple customers and contractors to translate capability concepts into actionable requirements, support planning and estimation activities, and deliver high-quality analytic documentation, metrics, and briefings. Serve as Capabilities Development Lead (CDL), translating analytic concepts into defined system and software requirements.

Salary Range USD $180,000.00 - USD $200,000.00 /Yr.
