An Intermodal Carrier Operations Lead is someone who has shown initiative, leadership, and a higher understanding of the business unit.They are responsible for supporting all standard operational duties while also providing support to their manager, focusing on higher level tasks.Additional responsibilities will primarily include developing and maintaining carrier relationships to ensure coverage for existing freight with the ability to grow and scale with future awards. Intermodal Operations Leads will also be a focal point of ongoing rep development by providing guidance and training to new reps on the floor.
