Job Description

Team Overview

Our team leads Visas agile transformation, delivering employee facing products that empower product and program managers to deliver more features faster. We focus on internal solutions that drive productivity, collaboration, and operational excellence across Visa.

Role Summary

Own the ideation, planning, build, and rollout of internal products that enhance productivity for Visas product and program managers. This role requires an AI first mindset, deep understanding of agile principles, and exceptional cross functional relationship skills. This is not a people management role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to Visas agile transformation goals.

  • Lead end to end product lifecycle, discovery, requirements, prioritization, development, and rollout.

  • Drive AI forward product development, leveraging ML and automation to deliver scalable solutions.

  • Partner with Product Managers, Technology Leads, PMOs to collect requirements, validate solutions, and ensure adoption.

  • Implement thoughtful change management plans for rollouts. Maximize engagement and minimize disruption.

  • Monitor performance, gather feedback, and iterate to improve UX and business impact.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • 5+ years of product leadership experience delivering client-facing software or internal tools.
  • Proven experience building AI-first products and integrating AI/ML capabilities into user-facing solutions.
  • Ability to deeply understand enduser needs, advocate for intuitive and seamless experiences, and ensure product decisions reduce friction and deliver meaningful, effortless value for users.
  • Analytical, data-driven decision-making and performance measurement experience.
  • Proficiency in SAFe/Scrum/Kanban and experience driving agile adoption.
  • Hands-on experience with product planning, prioritization, and execution using Jira Align and Jira.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives and drive adoption of new tools and processes. Identification and management of risks during rollout and adoption phases.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience creating high-quality executive-ready presentation content using PowerPoint and Figma.
  • Ability to stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and apply them to internal productivity tools.
Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 131,600 to USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
