HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

As the Regional Client Workflow & Reference Data Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, managing and supporting key onboarding platforms leveraged by asset management clients. Responsibilities include advancing these highly-available distributed systems, with focuses on availability, resiliency, performance and advanced monitoring with governance controls as well as managing a regional team of engineers and business relationships as local subject matter expert.



  • Application SDLC, deployment and runtime management with a goal of reducing product cycle time
  • Infrastructure Services - proxies, load balancing, cloud integration
  • Risk Management - Resiliency design & planning, collection and analysis of availability metrics


Skills and experience we are looking for



  • Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science or related Engineering Field
  • 7+ years combined experience in an Engineering Capacity
  • 5+ years of Java development and other programming languages with experience in Object Oriented Analysis, Design and testing best practices
  • Knowledge in one or more SQL dialects
  • 4+ years in a system architecture role responsible for tool selection, design decisions, optimizing performance, risk mitigation, and team development
  • Strong creative leader, self-motivated with analytical mindset who can multi-task to solve interesting and difficult technical problems under time pressure and resource constraints
  • Must have a client and product mindset with experience collaborating with product and/or business managers to propose products and their associate features.
  • Experience in delivering high quality technical solutions to multiple global stakeholders in a fast paced environment and managing junior developers
  • Ensure that teams follow best practices for system design and conformance to high standards for coding, testing, debugging and implementation
  • Effectively partner with external teams to ensure we meet our goals for system integration, application deployment, feed management and reporting
  • Ensure systems can scale to handle increasing business volumes, optimize performance and throughput. Good understanding of distributed systems
  • Experience with all stages of the development lifecycle: inception, analysis, design, review, testing, and deployment
  • Experience building and sustaining long-term relationships with clients and colleagues in a diverse global organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience working directly with both technical and non-technical stakeholder

Salary Range

The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $130000-$250000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
