Compensation Range: $70,000 - $95,000 *dependent on experience* + quarterly bonus SUMMARY: Develop and improve the Quality Management System designed to meet all customer and third-party requirements and internal goals established by plant management. This involves managing and establishing metrics and data in all operations of the process in all departments; auditing procedure and frequency to ensure conformance to established procedures; and monitoring trends and developing corrective action.
