Responsible for providing quality service in all areas of dock performance and administrative duties in accordance with standards and specifications. Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills and/or abilities. To perform this job successfully, the incumbent will possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently.
Qualifications (Essential):

Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding.
Qualifications (Desired):

Previous experience in cleaning public buildings.
*
Prior guest relations training.
*
Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
*
High school graduate or equivalent.
Skills:

Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with a minimum of supervision.

Ability to endure abundant physical movements in cleaning various work areas.
*
Ability to exert physical effort in using cleaning equipment.
