Customer Service Representative II

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a contract position located in Lake Mary, FL. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

Compensation: $25/hour W2

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer service and support to customers on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing in a timely manner.
• Execute all correspondent requisites in a timely and accurate manner with an understanding of the underlying business and specific customer needs.
• Provide product knowledge and technical assistance as necessary.
• Respond to customer verbal and/or written inquiries and record details about inquiries.
• Investigate and correct errors in customer accounts and statements.
• Maintain correspondent accounts in accordance with applicable regulations and policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and minimizing exposure.
• Enter information into a computerized database.
• Communicate any problems or issues to management.
• Help resolve complicated customer complaints.
• Coordinate and expedite customer inquiries to other departments for resolution.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Finance or the Brokerage industry
• Experience supporting Broker-Dealer clients or working in brokerage operations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple client inquiries and escalations
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to both Broker-Dealer and RIA environments
• Ability to work autonomously and self-direct learning
• Comfort operating across multiple processes and system
