Pay Rate: $36.93 - $38.93 per hour

Additional Pay Potential: $2/hr shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shift

Shift: 2nd & 3rd shift (rotation required)

Machines quit. You don't. We are looking for a solid Maintenance Electrician like you. If you know how to spot a problem, troubleshoot fast, and keep equipment running smoothly, we've got a position with your name on it.

What You'll Need:

• GED or High School Diploma required; technical schooling or apprenticeship preferred
• Strong electrical trade knowledge; experience with up to 480V 3-phase systems (higher voltage a plus)
• PLC and motor drive experience
• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, welding, and CMMS is a plus
• Previous maintenance or troubleshooting experience in a plastics molding or manufacturing environment helpful
• Able to lift 50+ lbs, and work while standing on concrete production floors
• Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently

What to Expect Every Day:

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical equipment, motors, drives, high-voltage circuits, and control panels
• Troubleshoot electrical breakdowns and perform preventative maintenance
• Work with PLCs, programmable drives, and motor controls
• Maintain and install facility electrical services, including lighting, HVAC, and machinery
• Run conduit, pull wire, mount fixtures, and connect wiring for new equipment
• Read schematics, manuals, and blueprints to solve complex electrical issues
• Collaborate with operators and the maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient production
