Location: Acton, MA 01720

Duration: 7 months Contract to start

Schedule: M-F 9-5

Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to support Quality Operations for a medical device manufacturer during a maternity leave coverage. This role will work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager and support metrics reporting, lot release activities, documentation control, and SAP-related transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly quality metrics
• Support Material Review Board (MRB) activities
• Manage NCMR, quarantine, and lot qualification metrics
• Review lot results and support product release decisions
• Perform SAP stock movements and inventory adjustments
• Maintain quality documentation and records
• Support audits, inspections, and quality system compliance
• Assist with training and quality process support as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related scientific discipline
• 1+ year experience in Quality Operations
• Experience in a regulated environment (medical device preferred)
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems
• Strong data analysis and documentation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical device industry experience
• Knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485
• Experience with quality metrics, MRB, and lot release
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Quality certifications a plus
