Description Medical Group PracticesManagement/Leadership The Clinical Practice Manager serves as the primary resource for clinical staff, providing guidance on clinical questions, training opportunities, policy and protocol development, and daily operational support. This role ensures the efficiency, professionalism, and high-quality performance of the Anticoagulation offices at Waldo Hospital and Pen Bay Hospital. The manager is responsible for fostering a positive practice culture, supporting team engagement, leading staff development, overseeing recruitment and retention, and contributing to financial performance. This position plays a key role in implementing clinical and operational improvements, coordinating staff training, and acting as a liaison between physicians and staff to support effective communication and issue resolution. The Clinical Practice Manager exercises independent clinical judgment, assesses patient needs, and collaborates closely with Medical Staff, Providers, Nursing, Administration, and Support Services to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. The role also includes triaging and conducting patient calls, assisting providers with patient care as needed, educating patients and staff, and supporting care coordination across an integrated care team. Additionally, this position partners with Medical and Administrative leadership on strategic planning and business development initiatives for the practice.
