You will: * Be the first point of contact, providing helpful, empathetic support to members. * Answer questions and guide members through our products and services with confidence and clarity. * Navigate multiple systems while staying engaged and attentive to members' needs. * Support everyday banking activities, including savings, checking, loans, credit cards, and IRAs. * Recommend products and services that genuinely fit members' goals-no pressure, just great service. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
