Are you a meticulous and analytical operations professional passionate about optimizing processes and driving global operational excellence? As a valued partner to a leading global technology company, Aquent is seeking a dedicated individual to join a dynamic team focused on client operations and contract management. This is a unique opportunity to directly impact the efficiency and compliance of critical business functions, collaborating across various internal teams to shape and improve processes, rather than just executing repetitive tasks. If you thrive on problem-solving, identifying inefficiencies, and contributing innovative ideas that enhance execution, you'll find immense satisfaction in this role.

**About the Role**

You will be instrumental in supporting the client operations team, which plays a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth, compliant, and efficient client contracting experience. This team is the backbone for internal sellers, providing essential support for client onboarding and contract implementation. You will dive deep into a ticket queue, processing and managing contracts, collaborating frequently with legal, finance, and other internal stakeholders. Your work will directly contribute to streamlining workflows, maintaining data integrity, and enhancing the overall operational effectiveness of a global enterprise. This role offers a highly likely chance for extension, providing stability and continued opportunity for impact.

**What You'll Do**

* Execute and maintain established operational procedures, ensuring strict adherence to compliance and controls.

* Process and manage contracts from submission through signature and implementation, utilizing CRM systems.

* Contribute to task-level process improvements by identifying pain points and proposing innovative solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

* Monitor and evaluate existing processes, using data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and support benchmarking efforts.

* Provide Tier 2 support for escalated process cases, resolving nuanced issues and contributing to solutions that reduce future escalations for Tier 1 support.

* Compile and distribute reports on process metrics, contract statuses, and account adjustments to support strategic decision-making.

* Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within CRM and other sales systems.

* Communicate findings and recommendations from process monitoring and optimization efforts to management, fostering continuous feedback loops.

* Engage in peer reviews of casework, respond to internal stakeholders, and analyze data to support operational goals.

**What You'll Bring**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Minimum 2 years of experience in process execution and compliance within an operational environment.

* Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, with a strong ability to interpret data and benchmark performance metrics.

* Minimum 1 year of experience with CRM systems and data management tools.

* Proven experience in client operations, process improvement, or contract management.

* A background working in structured, compliance-driven environments where adherence to processes is critical.

* Demonstrated experience in maintaining compliance and ensuring controls are followed.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

* Excellent written communication skills for documenting processes and relaying insights.

* Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including legal, sales, and customer success.

* Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

* English proficiency.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience with PowerBI for data analysis and reporting.

* Exposure to sales systems, contract systems, or workflow management tools.

* Skilled at relaying insights and recommendations to management and cross-functional partners.

**Why This Role is Special**

This isn't just another operational role; it's an opportunity to take real ownership. You'll gain significant exposure to cross-functional partnerships, make a direct impact on global operational excellence, and have the chance to shape and improve critical processes. If you're a problem-solver who loves to optimize and reduce friction, you'll thrive in an environment where your ideas for enhancing execution are valued and encouraged.
