We're an award-winning IT solutions provider to the Federal government seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our project team. The Project Manager/Scrum Master is responsible for overall project performance, including cost, schedule, deliverables, and contractual compliance. As a Scrum Master, the person in this role will ensure a true scrum process throughout a project by holding together the scrum framework and facilitating the process for the organization, product owner, and scrum team. Additionally, the PM/Scrum Master acts as a coach and facilitator to the development team in executing Agile practices to complete work. U.S. citizenship is required for this role. In addition, the selected applicant must submit to a government background investigation and be favorably adjudicated before their first day. This is a full-time, short-term position (September 2026). There is the possibility that this role may be extended past this time. The selected candidate will be required to be on site (Washington, DC) 2-3 days monthly. The selected applicant must live within commuting distance of Washington, D.C. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Salary Range: $130,000 - $145,000 All individuals being hired to work for TCG must submit to, and successfully pass, a pre-employment background investigation prior to reporting for their first day of work. The pre-employment background investigation will include verification of employment and education, as well as, a criminal and DMV check. Additional documentation and background checks will also be required for positions that require clearance from the Federal government. | |
