As Technical Program Manager you will develop and execute a global strategy for compatibility testing, cleaning validation, and OEM collaboration. You will go beyond technical testing, positioning compatibility as a core driver of product adoption, customer confidence, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design, execution, and documentation of global compatibility and cleaning validation programs
  • Partner with R&D, IP, regulatory, and global technical services to establish robust testing protocols, evaluation criteria, and reproducible methodologies
  • Guide development of advanced tools for material compatibility prediction, accelerated aging, and device-specific cleaning workflows
  • Build strategic partnerships with OEMs, securing access to equipment, aligning on testing protocols, and enabling IFU inclusion
  • Manage relationships with third-party labs to ensure high-quality, validated outcomes
  • Translate complex technical data into actionable insights, sales-ready materials, training resources, and customer guidance
  • Oversee and maintain global compatibility databases, integrating manuals, test data, protocols, and project status
  • Manage global project pipelines, ensuring structured workflows from inquiry to completion
  • Conduct root cause analysis and develop resolution strategies for complex customer or equipment issues
  • Identify high-value opportunities for new certifications, premium validation services, and co-branding initiatives
  • Enable sales teams with structured decision trees, playbooks, and validated compatibility guidance to accelerate conversions
  • Serve as Product Manager for VeriClean, overseeing roadmaps, feature enhancements, and global deployment
  • Lead development and maintenance of MoonBeam and TREK/Synapse applications, supporting troubleshooting and workflow integration
  • Mentor, coach, and train cross-functional teams on Lean, CI, and OPEX principles to strengthen adoption and implementation

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified
  • Proven experience managing complex technical programs and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of materials science, disinfectant chemistry, and equipment design
  • Expertise in designing and managing structured technical documentation and databases
  • Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical insights into business and customer value
  • Experience leading teams, mentoring, and enabling cross-functional adoption

This role will be based Hybrid from the Fort Mill office. #LI-hybrid

  • Product Manager for VeriClean, overseeing roadmaps, feature enhancements, and global deployment.
  • Lead development and maintenance of applications related to MoonBeam for Canada and manage troubleshooting protocols.
  • Serve as a systems and workflow contributor for TREK - Synapse development.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $105,600.00 and $176,000.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
