Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility This role contributes to the ongoing enhancement of digital capabilities supporting Macquarie Asset Management's Funds businesses, collaborating across teams to uplift systems, processes, and insights for global internal stakeholders. Engagement with a broad network of colleagues helps uncover business needs, translate them into practical digital solutions, and guide initiatives from discovery through implementation. The role supports prioritization of digital enhancements, provides data and analytics support, and documents solutions with a focus on market trends, product growth, and improved client and employee experiences. It also contributes to change management efforts by shaping project structures, supporting strong governance practices, and encouraging adoption across diverse stakeholder groups. What you offer Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility A strong background in digital solutions and finance transformation, delivering improvements that support business efficiency and insight The ability to work autonomously, solve problems, and manage outcomes across a wide range of stakeholders in a dynamic environment Strong time management skills, balancing concurrent priorities while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, operating effectively within crossdiscipline teams BA or equivalent 4year university degree and 2-3 years' experience in a similar or comparable role Salary range for this position: $110,000 - $130,000. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
