We are seeking a skilled VTC Engineer to support DHS ICE. In this role, you will lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of video teleconferencing (VTC) systems, with a focus on Cisco and Polycom technologies across a multi-site environment. You will also serve as a key escalation point (Tier 3) and provide both hands-on technical expertise and user support. Responsibilities
