About Marvell

Marvell's semiconductor solutions are the essential building blocks of the data infrastructure that connects our world. Across enterprise, cloud and AI, and carrier architectures, our innovative technology is enabling new possibilities.

At Marvell, you can affect the arc of individual lives, lift the trajectory of entire industries, and fuel the transformative potential of tomorrow. For those looking to make their mark on purposeful and enduring innovation, above and beyond fleeting trends, Marvell is a place to thrive, learn, and lead.

Your Team, Your Impact

As a test development staff engineer in the Operations business group, you will test features on the silicon semiconductor chips Marvell produces for internal and external customers. You will make sure we don't ship out any underperforming units. You'll work closely with design to make sure their chip features are testable and that the results meet the customer's specifications. You may even have to write new code or develop new testing strategies when our chips outpace the capabilities of current testing equipment.

What You Can Expect

Test program development on the Advantest 93K tester platform and design tester hardware for high-speed testing. Develop characterization, production, and wafer sort test programs on the Advantest 93K tester. Create all the documentation for detail test plans and test methodologies to meet product specifications. Involved in the testability review with DFT/DFM teams to define and enhance yield and test methodologies. Test pattern conversion from design simulation environment to ATE format. Play a lead role in test flow optimization, test time reduction, insertion removals, yield improvement, and release of production test programs with product engineers. Wage $126,000.00 - $127,000.00 per year.
