YOUR MISSION

The Junior Planner Wholesale supports the planning team in executing seasonal strategies, maintaining accurate sales and inventory data, and assisting with accountlevel analysis. This role is an excellent entry point into wholesale planning, with a focus on learning core planning processes, supporting crossfunctional teams, and contributing to preseason and inseason business needs. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, curious, and eager to develop foundational planning skills.

Seasonal Planning & Business Support

  • Assist in preparing basic seasonal and annual sales plans by pulling historical data, updating templates, and maintaining accuracy in planning documents.

  • Support the creation of key account plans by entering sales, margin, and inventory inputs provided by planners and sales partners.

  • Maintain and update weekly sales tracking files, including sellthrough, receipts, and inventory positions.

  • Help identify simple business trends by analyzing sales reports, highlighting over/underperforming styles, and flagging risks or opportunities to the planning team.

  • Support preseason milestones by ensuring planning data aligns with merchandising and sales inputs.

Communication & Reporting

  • Help maintain consistent communication with internal partners by providing updated reports or information as requested.

  • Support meeting preparation for internal and external business reviews, including creating presentation pages, organizing data, and tracking followup needs.

  • Develop an understanding of wholesale metrics and how they impact business decisions.

Wholesale Forecasting Support

  • Enter forecast updates into planning templates under the guidance of planners.

  • Support the replenishment and key item forecasting processes by tracking sales performance and inventory status.

  • Assist with product flow and forecasting tools to help ensure accounts receive timely and accurate replenishment.

  • Maintain standardized reporting formats and help ensure alignment across Sales, Merchandising, and Demand Planning teams.

YOUR TALENT
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Merchandising, or a related field (or relevant experience).

  • Knowledgeable in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, filtering, basic formulas).

  • Comfort working with large data sets and learning BI/reporting tools.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks.

  • Clear communication skills and willingness to learn from senior team members.

  • A teamoriented mindset with curiosity about wholesale, inventory, and financial planning.

The hiring range base pay for this position is $51,800-$68,905 + Bonus + Benefits
