Job Description

At Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort, we believe great service starts with great people. Nestled along the Atlantic coastline, our resort blends genuine Southern hospitality with thoughtful luxury, and our Food & Beverage team plays a huge role in bringing that experience to life.

We're looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor who leads with positivity, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences while supporting and developing a strong service team.



Responsibilities

What You'll Do

    Lead day-to-day operations across assigned food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences

  • Supervise, coach, and motivate hourly team members to perform at their best

  • Maintain Omni service standards while fostering a welcoming, upbeat team culture

  • Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding of new associates

  • Monitor service flow, guest satisfaction, and quality control during shifts

  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities

  • Support inventory, opening/closing procedures, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards

  • Collaborate closely with managers and culinary leadership to deliver consistent excellence

What We're Looking For
  • Previous food & beverage or hospitality leadership experience (supervisory experience preferred)

  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and enjoy leading by example

  • A guest-first mindset with attention to detail

  • Ability to stay organized and calm in a high-volume, resort environment

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement
