| Description of Work |
Project Coordinator (65%)
- Learn and manage Monday.com to oversee project coordination for the office.
- Review and update the project request form, evaluate incoming requests, and bring them to weekly CAM meetings.
- Follow up with partners to gather necessary information and serve as liaison on project implementation.
- Work with partners to identify upcoming events and ensure the department has the information needed to promote and cover them.
- Update the project management system to reflect office work, improving utilization and service to the team.
- Assist with scheduling partner meetings, photo shoots, and video shoots, including coordinating subjects and reserving locations.
- Manage the CAM email inbox and communicate effectively with partners.
Office Manager (25%)
- Oversee basic office functions, including implementation of contracts and purchasing, working with Legal and Business & Finance, entering requisitions, and managing processes.
- Upon approval by the Chief Communications and Marketing Officer (CCMO), secure quotes and collaborate with IT and Facilities to provide the tools and resources needed by the team.
- Request quotes from vendors for project completion.
Administrative Support (10%)
- Provide administrative support to the CCMO, including scheduling meetings, reserving spaces, and following up on requests.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, paired with a strong customer service orientation, are essential. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are highly desirable. |
