This role requires strong technical skills in quality assurance and inspection methods, along with effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Production, Engineering, and Quality. The Quality Technician also supports process and continuous improvements, helps train team members, and ensures ongoing compliance with quality standards throughout all stages of production. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers. Must be able to speak and hear. The employee is required to walk, reach with hands and arms, and occasionally sit, stoop and crouch. Requires mental and visual attention to detail as well as hand coordination. Occasionally lifting or moving average weight material. The flow of work and character of duties involve normal mental and visual attention along with manual coordination or part-time normal and part-time concentrated attention and coordination. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Employee must be able to read and interpret documents written in English. Documents to include written work instructions schematic/assembly drawings, standard operating and maintenance procedures, Employee must be able to have good communication with fellow employees, supervisors, and management. $21.42-$32.45 Our total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer's success. Our compensation program includes base wages, a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy, overtime pay, shift differentials, and call-in pay, when applicable. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions.
