What's Available:
1.0 FTE (80 hours bi-weekly) Shift: 8 or 9 hours shifts between 5:30 AM - 11:00 PM including weekend rotation This position will have a home base of Whitehall with travel to Blair, Mondovi and Independence depending on clinic need
What You'll Do
Partner with Clinicians, Nurses, and Medical Assistants to ensure smooth patient registration and scheduling Collect payments and verify information with accuracy and empathy Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone

What You'll Need
High School Diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in an office setting with customer service responsibilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
