Summary: Monitors facility operations and serves as coordinator of facilities and programs. Aquatics programming, swim lesson coordination, and swim team experience preferred. Responsibilities: 1. Maintains an environment of safety for patients, self and others. 2. Monitors facility operations and serves as coordinator of facilities and programs. 3. Develops, facilitates and implements classes and programs for clients to include high risk and general population. 4. Gathers and assesses statistical data through surveys to monitor programming growth needs and client expectations. 5. Provides screening and health promotion services to the clients and the community. 6. Recruits new participants into the programs and administers effective incentive programs to promote participation and retention. 7. Maintains current knowledge of wellness trends and promotes Rex Healthcare to the community. 8. Assists with the evaluation and performance management of employees.

Other information: Education Requirements: * Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university Licensure/Certification Requirements: * CPR Professional Experience Requirements: * With a Bachelor's degree, requires one (1) year of related experience and/or training. * With an Associate's degree, requires five (5) years of related experience and/or training. * With a high school diploma, requires nine (9) years of related experience and/or training. Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements: * Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
