| Job Description |
The purpose of this position is to provide technical and back-end support for the functional areas of the Harford Community College's
SIS &
CRM systems. This is accomplished by collaborating with functional areas to enhance the
SIS &
CRM; researching and reviewing the necessary documentation, forums and online training; assisting in the implementation and maintenance of
SIS &
CRM integrated systems; training staff on
SIS &
CRM usage and functionality; and communicating the functional needs of departments on campus in collaboration with the technology staff.
Other duties include:
- Coordinate with Workforce and Community Education WCE division leaders to support instructional programming and data reporting requirements
- Research new SIS/CRM functionality and upgrade options, and communicate upgrade paths and system changes to functional and technical staff
- Assisting in SIS & CRM upgrades, system testing and deployments along with providing support in data and reporting.
This is a full-time, exempt staff position.
Employees of Harford Community College, including instructors for online and virtual courses, must be residents of Maryland or the contiguous states of Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, or the District of Columbia; non-residents are expected to relocate to meet this requirement.

SIS, or similar application. |
| Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities |
- Strong SQL skills
- Ability to provide reporting and data support for SIS/CRM tools, including implementation, training, and system enhancements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with administration of CMS, LMS, ERP, SIS or similar enterprise application
- Strong collaboration skills
