Opportunity Details:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including histories and physical examinations, to develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Order, interpret, and integrate diagnostic and therapeutic tests to guide patient care.
• Prescribe and manage evidence-based pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments.
• Provide high-quality care for patients with acute and chronic kidney-related conditions in a high-functioning clinical environment.
• Manage and coordinate an assigned patient panel across inpatient, outpatient, specialty, and emergency care settings.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary and multispecialty teams within a world-class health system.
• Educate, supervise, and support Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in delivering exceptional patient care.
• Share clinical responsibilities with attending physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners as needed.
• Maintain flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends, to ensure continuity of care.

• Active, unrestricted New York State medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology

Wages and Benefits include:

AnnualBase Salary: $242,000* (Board Eligible); $247,000* (Board Certified) based on 40-hour work week.Additionalcompensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.

The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $361,720** (Board Eligible) and $367,220** (Board Certified),which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:

• Estimated annual compensation for 10additionalsessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520.

• Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year's average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.

• 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):

  • Employees areimmediatelyvested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match isrequired.

  • After one year ofservice, employees receive anadditional7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match isrequired.

• Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
