Responsibilities The Coordinator, Foundation Data is a vital member of the foundation operations team, responsible for supporting accurate, efficient, and compliant fundraising data management. This role works in close partnership with the Manager, CRM, Data, and Analytics to ensure the integrity, consistency, and usability of donor and constituent information within the fundraising database. This role focuses on routine data processing, gift entry review and reporting tasks that enable efficient donor management and organizational fundraising operations. By maintaining high standards in data entry, routine processing, and reporting, the Coordinator enables effective donor engagement, informed decision-making, and smooth day-to-day fundraising operations. This position plays a key role in protecting the quality of the foundation's data assets, which directly supports revenue generation, stewardship, and organizational accountability.
