Inventory Clerk I - Belgravia - Day Shift

Pay Range: $16.70 to $19.65 per hour

The position will perform clerical duties in support of the Belgravia Plant Maintenance Department.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain computerized preventative maintenance management systems, data entry of work order parts and labor.
• Upload/verify shipping of all completed loads, verifying product into SAP
• Establish, maintain and assemble PM bill of material parts as scheduled.
• Create PM planning, inventory and maintenance reports.
• Receive stock and issue storeroom parts.
• Research and expedite parts as requested.
• Maintain storeroom and parts receiving area in an organized and uncluttered condition.
• Perform cycle counts as required to maintain accurate inventory.
• Assist supervisors and/or lead persons as required.

• One (1) - two (2) years experience in inventory control, preferably in a maintenance environment.
• Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office
• Purchasing knowledge highly beneficial.
• Possess good phone, communication, and organizational skills.
• Possess basic mechanical knowledge.
• Must be able to read, write legibly, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work off a ladder.
• Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment and be capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities.
