Position Title: Machine Operator
Wage: $19.50/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7am-3pm QPS Employment Group is hiring a Machine Operator for a company in Ixonia, WI. This is an associate to hire role. Machine Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Operate production equipment to produce products in accordance with production needs - Produce assigned products in accordance with verbal and written instructions - Complete equipment set-ups in accordance with customer specifications and quality procedures - Produce products up to safety and quality standards in an efficient manner - Reject products that do not meet standards in place - Record length of time and quantity of materials used for each job, inspect parts and document findings on appropriate paperwork as needed Machine Operator Requirements: - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds throughout shift (8-10 hours) - Ability to stand for long periods of time throughout shift (8-10 hours) - Ability to bend, crouch, kneel throughout shift (8-10 hours) - Ability to do basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division - Ability to follow written and verbal directions QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
