At Hitachi Energy, you'll lead the North America (NAM) BIM function that accelerates grid modernization-connecting renewable generation, strengthening transmission and distribution, and enabling resilient substations with model-based delivery. In this role, you'll champion ISO 19650-aligned workflows, orchestrate multi-disciplinary models, and turn data into decisions across the project lifecycle-from tendering to handover and service. You'll partner with engineering, projects, and product teams to implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), streamline clash detection, and integrate models into our digital twin solutions for transparent progress tracking and performance insights. Using Autodesk tools (BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD), you will standardize information flows, build repeatable processes, and coach teams to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective outcomes.
