Job SummaryThe Systems Engineer - Human Factors supports the strategic vision of Corewell Health by co-designing and executing innovative and transformative approaches to the complex problems that challenge the organization. Focus will be on driving the needed projects, programs and assignments throughout the organization aimed at improving operational and clinical reliability and achieving measurable results. They will work closely with clinical and operational leadership and team members throughout the system to design and help execute critical initiatives in line with top strategic focus areas.
