What Fuels Success Here: 5+ years of CNC maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work hands-on, independently, and with a team Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment calibration Understanding of machine qualifications (IQ, OQ, PQ) is a plus Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail What You'll Get: Weekly Pay that matches your skills. What You'll Be Doing Maintain and repair CNC production equipment for high efficiency and uptime Establish and execute a preventive maintenance program compliant with quality standards Perform equipment calibration and assist with IQ, OQ, and machine qualifications Maintain an inventory of spare parts to ensure continuous operation Record and report maintenance activities accurately Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace Collaborate with production teams to resolve machine-related issues "The people were great, and coming to work felt amazing every day.
