Job Title: Correspondence Processors Location: Richmond, VA 23230 Pay Rate: $15.00/hr. on w2 without benefits Duration: 6+ months Work Hours: Shift Hours : 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Parking fee - $24.50/Month Job Description: Associates will process returned mail, returned refund checks and/or index incoming correspondence to a specific destination of the agency. Associates will receive training on how to use our specific application systems. Experience using a PC to navigate within various systems. Ability to meet established production standards. Ability to work independently. Ability to conduct research and make sound judgments. Ability to multi-task and change priorities as needed. Ability to follow verbal and written instruction. Ability to use standard office equipment.
