Job Summary

Responsible for driving commercial growth, portfolio expansion, and market leadership. This is a high-impact role with ownership for product success, downstream execution, and demand acceleration.



Key Duties

Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership

    Own end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept through launch, growth, and end-of-life
  • Portfolio strategy aligned to growth priorities and customer needs
  • Product differentiation through pricing, positioning, and portfolio optimization
  • Conversion of market insights into actionable investment decisions
  • Strong partnership with R&D and operations to ensure scalable and compliant solutions
  • Lead pricing strategy, portfolio optimization, and profitability initiatives

Downstream Marketing & Commercial Execution

  • Lead downstream marketing with accountability for revenue and adoption
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products
  • Create sales enablement tools and customer-facing content to drive adoption
  • Align with sales leadership on targeting, messaging, and field readiness
  • Track KPIs to measure downstream marketing effectiveness Digital Marketing & Demand Acceleration

Digital marketing as a growth engine

  • Demand generation, digital campaigns, content, and automation
  • Consistent and compelling product storytelling across channels
  • Data-driven optimization of digital performance

Leadership & Culture -

  • Build, lead, and scale high-performing product and marketing teams
  • Set expectations, accountability, and execution standards
  • Develop future leaders and strengthen bench depth
  • Act as a visible cross-functional leader


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in product management and downstream marketing within life sciences, diagnostics, biotech, or adjacent regulated markets
  • Proven people leader with experience managing teams in product management and/or downstream marketing
  • Demonstrated success owning product commercialization, go-to-market execution, and lifecycle performance
  • Strong experience using digital marketing and demand generation to drive measurable commercial outcome
  • Ability to simplify complex technical offerings into compelling, differentiated customer value
  • Data-driven mindset with a bias for action and accountabilit
  • Preferred
    • Experience in IVD, diagnostics, OEM life sciences, or B2B scientific markets
    • Experience leading global or multi-region portfolios
    • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and performance analytics platforms
    • Track record of launching new products that materially impacted growth
  • Travel: 25%
