Description

We are looking for a Senior IT Analyst to provide advanced technical expertise and leadership in end-user computing, infrastructure monitoring, and IT project execution within a 24x7x365 manufacturing environment. This role ensures timely resolution of complex incidents, enforces IT standards, and upholds cybersecurity best practices to protect company systems and data. The analyst collaborates with vendors and internal teams to deliver secure, reliable technology solutions while maintaining strict compliance with organizational policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage IT Service Desk tickets, Jira tasks, and critical incidents; provide escalation-level support and guidance to associates and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and adjust working hours to meet business needs.
  • Act as the primary on-site point of contact for IT issues in a 24x7x365 manufacturing environment.
  • Oversee installation, configuration, and support of company-approved hardware and software, including PCs, mobile devices, printers, barcode scanners, and peripherals.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex connectivity and system issues for employees, including remote support.
  • Train new employees on company network, software, and hardware associated with their job roles.
  • Maintain and optimize inventory processes for hardware, software, and peripherals; manage procurement and lifecycle management.
  • Manage local procurement activities, including quoting, purchase order creation/closure, and invoicing.
  • Monitor and serve as primary contact for assigned datacenter infrastructure, including UPS, servers/systems, networking, and environmental sensors.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and standards, including device configurations, regulatory and security requirements, physical and cybersecurity protocols, and workplace safety.
  • Maintain a strong cybersecurity discipline by implementing security best practices, monitoring compliance, and supporting initiatives to protect company data and infrastructure.
  • Ensure adherence to disaster recovery, system provisioning, and security architecture guidelines.
  • Implement and enforce IT policies, standards, and compliance requirements for devices, security, disaster recovery, and system provisioning.
  • Lead and support IT projects, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Travel as required for project implementation and support.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve IT processes, tools, and workflows; recommend and implement enhancements that increase efficiency, security, and user experience.

EXPERIENCE

We are looking for someone with 4+ years' experience, maintaining PC's, printers, and other handheld user devices and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or like program).



  • We are also looking the following additional requirements:

    • Experience creating and managing Group Policy, PowerShell scripts, and other advanced Windows administration.
    • Active Directory/Windows experience
    • Windows Server Administration Experience
    • Strong understanding of Networking Standards (Layer 1 and Layer 2)
    • Communicate both verbally and in writing with users of differing technical knowledge to translate business requirements and information.


  • The following requirements are preferred:

    • Experience in a manufacturing environment

SALARY

Base Salary Range: $70,000 to $95,000 annually

The salary range provided serves as a general guideline for potential compensation for this position. It reflects the base salary and does not account for other benefits or additional compensation opportunities that may apply. This role is also eligible for further compensation through an annual/sales bonus, in addition to the base salary.

At Trex, individual base salaries are determined based on various factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. We are committed to maintaining pay equity and consider the internal equity of our existing team members when finalizing compensation offers.
