Position Overview: The Service Operations, Quality & Regulatory Affairs Summer Intern will gain hands-on experience across multiple operational and compliance functions while supporting meaningful, high-impact projects. This role provides exposure to Service Operations, Quality Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Strategic Communications, and Customer Experience, offering a unique opportunity to learn how these disciplines work together to support organizational excellence. The intern will help document departmental processes, research best practices and emerging AI concepts for world-class field service operations, organize critical documentation to improve workflow efficiency, contribute ideas in team meetings, support day-to-day strategic and operational activities, and assist in developing communication best practices and templates. This internship is designed to build industry knowledge, develop professional skills, and create opportunities to make a real impact within a dynamic, cross-functional environment. Requirements:
Pay Rate: $18 per hour Please note that this range does not include any other compensation or benefits that an individual may be eligible for.
