**About the Role**

This dynamic role places you at the heart of talent operations, serving as a vital link between business teams and the talent acquisition function. You will be instrumental in managing a high volume of requests, streamlining the hiring process, and ensuring data integrity across all systems. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your organizational prowess and communication skills to support key projects and initiatives, collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders to facilitate the growth of a leading technology organization.

**What You'll Do**

* Act as the primary point of contact for new and backfill requisition requests, guiding them through approval and creation.

* Create and maintain accurate hiring requisition data within internal systems.

* Collaborate cross-functionally with business managers, talent acquisition specialists, and hiring managers to facilitate requisition creation.

* Ensure data accuracy across all talent systems, proactively engaging relevant contacts to keep them informed.

* Partner closely with business managers and hiring managers to support their talent needs.

* Track and report on the end-to-end details of all open and in-process hiring initiatives.

**What You'll Bring**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 5+ years of demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced environment within a related field.

* Proficiency in standard office applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing).

* Proven ability to efficiently manage a high volume of requests and prioritize tasks effectively.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.

* Solid problem-solving abilities and the capacity to proactively identify and escalate issues.

* Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and make well-informed decisions in complex, ambiguous situations, escalating when necessary.

* Strong collaborative spirit, with the ability to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships.

* Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adjust direction in response to rapidly changing demands.

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

* 5-7 years of customer service-related experience.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Prior experience in a talent acquisition coordination, staffing support, administrative assistant, or similar role, especially with high-volume interview scheduling.

* Familiarity with talent acquisition processes and systems.
