A Day in The Life Typically Includes: Reimagine Risk Assessment: Own and evolve our security scoring framework to keep us ahead of threats. Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter decisions. Lead with Influence: Be the voice that makes security matter. Create compelling dashboards, reports, and stories that spark action and accountability across teams. Innovate Awareness & Engagement: Help design phishing simulations that aren't just tests-they're learning experiences and helping to create a Security Culture. Partner with teams to build a security culture that sticks. Empower Sales & Customers: Deliver security insights that add real value to conversations and strengthen trust. Serve as the Engagement Manager for company-wide social engineering attack solutions. Collaborate closely with Security Awareness to deliver meaningful training materials and communications aimed at improving employee security behavior. Monitor and report on metrics to continuously improve program effectiveness. Basic Qualifications: Familiarity with cybersecurity principles Previous experience working with cyber exposure or risk assessment programs (i.e. BitSight, Security Scorecard, UpGuard) Previous experience with social engineering attack tools and security scoring frameworks (i.e. Proofpoint) Previous experience building dashboards and creating reports Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience implementing a cyber exposure or risk assessment program CompTIA Security+ or SSCP certification About Infor Infor is where ambition meets impact.
