• 1-2 years of onsite multifamily experience or strong supervisory experience in a customer-focused role
• A confident leader who leads by example
• Someone organized, motivated, and solutions-driven
• Comfortable with property management software and Microsoft Office
• CAM or ARM certification is a plus (not required)

Essential Functions

• Overseeing all property operations, leasing, and financial performance
• Coaching and developing leasing and maintenance teams
• Creating an exceptional resident experience
• Maximizing occupancy through smart marketing and strong sales execution
• Managing vendors, budgets, rent collections, and reporting
• Ensuring Fair Housing, safety, and compliance across the community
