Warranty Coordinator - Charlotte, NC

We have an opportunity for a Warranty Coordinator to join our Charlotte, NC team. You will evaluate and processes warranty claim payments. This position supports service managers, and service teams for warranty claims, parts shipments, data analysis, and other requests while working in a call-center environment. The position requires attention to detail, professionalism, and a customer-first approach to delivering top-quality service and assistance to all internal and external customers

You will:

The duties of the Warranty Coordinator include, but are not limited to the following:

* Review the accuracy of warranty claims, approve claim payment, and ship warranty parts with a high level of accuracy. * Work in a call-center environment during business hours.

* Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Follow up in a timely manner with professionalism and enthusiasm.

* Must be able to handle disgruntled calls with compassion and courtesy.

* Maintain Salesforce database with updates and from multiple sources, including service and sales reps, while answering a high call volume.

* Ability to learn product information and code warranty claims appropriately.

* Facilitate and track new service team account creation. Communicate account status to Service and Sales Representatives either via phone or email.

* Complete additional requests from management with a sense of urgency and accountability while maintaining a high accuracy level.

* Use time management to ensure work is completed in a timely manner.

* Ability to work overtime during peak times according to business needs.

* Periodic travel may be required.

Key Qualifications:

Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel and Word required.

* Highly organized with attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.

* Ability to multitask effectively and work well in a fast-paced environment.

* Experience in data management, maintenance, and integrity.

* Strong communication skills and self-motivated to work individually as well as part of a team.

* Positive "Can Do Attitude"

* Stress tolerance

* Actively listens to others

* Ability to solve problems and work through customer complaints with professionalism.

* Ability to be a team player; works well with other department members and other departments within the company.

* Previous experience in an office or call-center environment communicating with all levels of customers.

* 2 years of customer service experience.

Compensation:

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated hourly base pay range will be from $22.00 - 24.00$ /per hour DEO. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs.

Shift Hours: Hybrid, 8:00 am to 5:00 p.m. plus OT/weekends when needed.

Language Skills

* Able to communicate effectively in the English language, both written and orally

* Bilingual preferred.

Education

* Associate's degree or High School Diploma with 2 - 3 years' customer service experience required.
