ABOUT THE JOB:

The Brand Activation Coordinator will serve as the connective bridge between our brand and external partners. This role coordinates and owns the execution of marketing programs tied to external partnerships, sponsorships, and brand appearances, along with managing the Promo Store. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented person who can turn partnership agreements into organized, executable workflows.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Partnership & Sponsorship Activation:



  • Coordinate assets, timelines, and approvals to ensure contractual deliverables are executed as planned.
  • Manage and track partnership and sponsorship deliverables.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners on activation-related needs.


Event & Brand Presence Support:



  • Work in conjunction with our Tradeshow & Event Specialist to determine what event-related advertising and sponsorship we will pursue.
  • Determine in-booth giveaways and coordinate design, purchase, and acquisition.
  • Collaborate with events, sales, and rand eam to ensure consistent and professional brand representation.


Trade Publications & Advertising Execution:



  • Manage trade publication and advertising opportunities, including scheduling, specs, asset delivery, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, creative and design team, and external publishers to execute print and digital placements.
  • Track opportunities and ensure all placements align with brand guidelines.


Print, Promotional & Merchandising Strategy:



  • Own the company Promo Store and manage promotional item selection, ordering, inventory, and fulfillment.
  • Execute print and promotional material needs for events, partnerships, and brand programs in conjunction with internal stakeholders and the creative and design team.
  • Work with vendors to secure pricing, timelines, and quality standards.


Cross-Functional Collaboration and Support:



  • Collaborate with brand, events, sales, and external partners to support integrated marketing activations.
  • Manage documentation, tracking, and reporting of activation efforts.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in marketing coordination, event marketing, brand activation, or partnership support roles.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience cooridnating events, sponsorships, or partnerships.
  • Comfort managing multiple timelines, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with print production, promotional items, or trade advertising.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in fast-paced environments.


This is an in-office role; not hybrid. Travel up to 10% to support WillScot events.
