Overview

Seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to provide onsite support for Honeywell Experion EPKS R511+ and PLC systems. The role focuses on system maintenance, troubleshooting, integration, and automation project support, with hands-on work across PLC, SCADA, and Honeywell platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Design and develop automation and control systems, including PLC logic and HMI/SCADA programming

  
  
• 
  

  Perform testing, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and system simulations

  
  
• 
  

  Provide onsite support for Honeywell Experion EPKS R511+, including system monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting

  
  
• 
  

  Support Safety Manager systems and integrated assets

  
  
• 
  

  Configure, assemble, and commission Honeywell control cabinets

  
  
• 
  

  Integrate systems using protocols such as Modbus and OPC

  
  
• 
  

  Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and ensure system quality and reliability

  
  
• 
  

  Create and maintain technical documentation

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  5+ years of experience in automation, controls, or process systems

  
  
• 
  

  Proven expertise in PLC programming, logic development, and SCADA/HMI configuration

  
  
• 
  

  Strong hands-on experience with Honeywell Experion EPKS platforms and related hardware

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented industrial environment

  Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
