Compensation: $3,200 per course based on experience.
Position Summary The College of Health Professions, Department of Lifestyle Medicine, invites applications for the position of Adjunct Lecturer to teach online courses in Lifestyle Medicine for the graduate level Lifestyle Medicine master's degree and certificate programs. Position requires the lecturer to be a content expert in the topic of lifestyle medicine and a healthcare professional and a licensed or registered health care professional. The position requires developing and presenting material in the department approved online format as well as assessing student performance. The lecturer will also advise students on their progress in the course and program based upon program expectations and interact with other program faculty and administrators related to program matters. This is a remote position. Required Education & Experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Ability to develop and teach lifestyle medicine content that emphasizes the six pillars in an online platform. Knowledge of and experience with content of courses as assigned. Strong communication skills in the virtual environment.
