Responsibilities

Keysight's Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) located in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA exists to provide precision machined components that enable the capabilities of Keysight's industry leading electronic measurement equipment. As an employee you will support all Hand Operations including Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sort and Deburr processes. Utilizing on the job training you will be challenged in delivering operational excellence in processing parts through manual and automated operations, including visual inspections and assembly under microscope. Manual dexterity and fine motor control are critical for the successful candidate.

Keysight is looking for an individual who is self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented. You must also be a team player who enjoys working in a multi-cultural fast paced environment.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma.
  • Ability to read and converse in English.
  • Interpreting specifications including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
  • Manual dexterity

Experience with any/all the following is highly desired:

  • High volume parts inspection / handling
  • Experience working with Microscopic Inspection
  • Part deburring, cleaning, and handling
  • Precision part pin, thread and ring gaging.
  • Part sorting using tools/equipment
