If so, we are currently looking for a Maintenance Services Advisor to lead the development and implementation of Maintenance programs through Liquids Pipelines (LP). Your key focus will be on application and standardization of Maintenance Job Plans for Electrical, Mechanical, Pipeline Maintenance & Operations work streams.

What you will do:

* Support in the administration of preventative maintenance program.

* Work with LP Operating regions to ensure the appropriate Job Plan has been created and applied to the correct asset for proper maintenance.

* Act as one central point of contact for Regions related to Maximo, Assets, Preventative and Predictive Maintenance Job Plan Application.

* Day to day support of Maximo related issues, enhancements, other LP business units questions/concerns/initiatives.

* Support Asset Information Management to ensure new assets have PM's and Job plans as required.

Who you are:

* Related University degree and 4 or more years related industry experience OR six-plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.

* Strong experience with CMMS system - Maximo

* High proficiency in computer technology and business applications, including MS-Outlook, MS-Excel, MS-Visio, MS-PowerPoint and SharePoint.

* Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Preferred

* SQL coding experience

Working Conditions:

Office environment.

<5% travel to regions, conferences, committee meetings etc.Occasional travel within Canada and US. Valid passport is required.

Flexibility required to handle work priorities, field schedules and stakeholders' requirements.

Maintain focus to complete numerous activities with limited resources.

Facilitating and collaboration in work-team settings.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Mental Requirements (Both Field & Office) include but are not limited to: Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.

For U.S. only

Salary Range: $80,500 - $100,000/yr

  • Pay credits are between 4% and 11% of eligible earnings, based on age and service
