Utility Maintenance Technician-Hiring Immediately-AT

NRI Staffing Resources is recruiting a skilled Utility Maintenance Technician with electrical experience for a managed property portfolio in Washington, DC. This role supports the safety, functionality, and overall appearance of exterior and common areas while providing responsive, resident-focused service.

The successful candidate will bring years of hands-on maintenance experience, demonstrate the ability to work independently, and possess strong electrical and general building maintenance skills.

• 3 years min of maintenance experience within residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties (apartments, offices, condominiums, etc.)

• Demonstrated experience with electrical, plumbing, landscaping, and exterior maintenance tasks

• Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight
