Your Opportunity: TechSource is hiring a full-time Senior Risk Analyst to support the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Office of W80-4 Life Extension Program (LEP), NA-125.3, which is part of the Office of Stockpile Modernization (NA-125). You will support the Federal Program Office and work as a liaison with other Defense Programs, NNSA, Laboratory, Plant, and Site (L/P/S) organizations. You will assist in coordinating and managing W80-4 LEP's risk management analysis. You will use your project management skills to gather data, assess risk, and make recommendations. You will work onsite daily at the NNSA John A. Gordon Building, located in Albuquerque, NM. Primary Responsibilities: * Implement a comprehensive risk program for the W80-4 LEP. * Analyze and maintain risk reduction initiatives and strategies. * Review, assess, and report all suspicious account activity. * Conduct research into potential fraud and report any findings. * Investigate potential risks and assess them. * Perform schedule analytics. * Generate reports regarding the status of the program from a risk perspective. * Collaborate with several teams, including Program Execution; Project Controls; Financial; and technical teams. Job Requirements: * Active DOE Q or DoD Top Secret security clearance required. * 8 or more years of risk analysis on federal government or DOE laboratory/NNSA programs. * Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. * Experience with risk analysis software tools and systems. * Familiarity with Primavera 6 (P6) schedule tools. * Proven record working with diverse teams at various levels of seniority. * Keen analytical and detail-orientation skills. * MS Office skills, with particular attention to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Share Point experience also required. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience in developing briefings for senior and executive management. * Ability to travel 10 - 15%. Preferred Qualifications and Experience: * NNSA experience. * Nuclear weapons experience. * ARMS database/tools experience. | |
