About Lean Manufacturing Performance within Indianapolis NPC Operations The Lean Team optimizes manufacturing by launching and refining operations through process robustness and quality improvements. They monitor production output, escalate bottlenecks, and lead efficiency-driven projects like facility space planning. By providing Lean training and managing high-impact initiatives-such as the Operations Readiness for new equipment and Value Stream Assessments-the team ensures we are ultimately driving higher output and streamlined workflows. Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $23.00 - $28.00 per hour.Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
